We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Intake Specialist to join our team.
As an Intake Specialist, you will play a crucial role in managing orders efficiently, ensuring a seamless process from client inquiries to the delivery of our IV therapy services.
Responsibilities:
Order Management:
Receive and process incoming orders for IV therapy services.
Accurately enter order details into the system, ensuring all relevant information is captured.
Collaborate with the scheduling team to coordinate appointments based on order specifications.
Customer Communication:
Interact with clients via phone, email, and other communication channels to gather necessary information and clarify order details.
Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring overall customer satisfaction.
Documentation:
Maintain accurate and organized records of all orders, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
Prepare and verify documentation related to client orders for internal use and regulatory compliance.
Collaboration:
Work closely with the operations team to ensure timely fulfillment of orders and smooth delivery processes.
Collaborate with other departments to address customer needs and improve overall service efficiency.
Continuous Improvement:
Identify opportunities for process improvement within the order management system.
Provide feedback and suggestions to enhance customer experience and streamline operational workflows.
Qualifications:
Previous experience in order management, customer service, or a related field preferred.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
Proficient computer skills, including experience with order management software.
Education and
Experience:
High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education or relevant certifications a plus.
Previous experience in a similar role within the healthcare or wellness industry is advantageous.
