Responsibilities:
Make reservations, plan out the seating chart, and troubleshoot customer phone inquiries Learn the menu, including the daily specials and accurately describe how dishes are prepared Acknowledge all customers warmly immediately upon arrival to ensure their first impression of the restaurant is positive Check the dining room constantly for cleanliness and organization and restock condiments on the table as necessary Guide diners to their seats and make sure everyone has the correct number of menus, utensils, napkins, and filled water glasses
Qualifications:
