The Digital Marketing and Social Media Manager will lead the Airoom Marketing department which consists of three distinct brands.? You will be responsible for planning, developing and implementing corporate Marketing strategies to promote sustained market leadership and growth in changing market and business conditions.

This position?s primary focus is on lead generation and brand awareness campaigns to support an in house sales force through the following efforts:? digital marketing, ad words, PPC, social media, public relations, direct marketing, email, text, print, direct mail and other traditional media.? ??

The Marketing Manager will be responsible for managing all outside vendors involved in the marketing mix and aggregating all the data into a comprehensive performance report that tracks against the marketing plan and budget.

Must have a deep understanding of marketing and extremely strong analytical skills to analyze the complete lead generation and sales cycle and report results and KPI?s including ROI, CPL,CPA, etc. ?Based on that analysis, the Manager will execute a strategic marketing plan that can be tracked on a weekly basis, and will launch and manage weekly campaigns using digital and print media, marketing automation and continuous event planning at our facilities.

The Marketing Manager will also be responsible for managing the creation of Marketing collateral and for forming marketing partnerships that result in more leads and cross sales.? An understanding of manufacturer co-op advertising and the ability to maximize the funds available beyond the standard program guidelines is a plus.

This is a very hands-on position that requires high-level strategic thinking and involvement in every aspect of the sales and marketing objectives to ensure the sales objectives are met.

? Refine and execute a comprehensive strategic marketing strategy that enables the company's growth objectives and enhances the company's name and reputation in the marketplace

? Develop marketing materials, effective lead generation programs, sales collateral, and incentive programs for sales team

? Develop marketing department personnel and outside resources to execute the strategies

? Collaborate with other departments to develop effective market segment strategies

? Manage annual marketing budgets in accordance with corporate financial objectives

? Develop creative communications, public relations, and advertising plans to drive profitability and growth

? Analyze brand performance using internal and external data sources and pivot strategies as required

? Monitor competition, and conduct competitive analysis and post-mortem analysis to evaluate effectiveness of marketing programs

? Develop, implement, and analyze qualitative and quantitative market research

? Ability to drive the creative strategy of all marketing materials including but not limited to image selection, copywriting and overall graphic layout



? Bachelor's degree in business or technology required; MBA or advanced degree is preferred

? 7 - 10 years of experience in senior marketing leadership role in a corporate environment

? Excellent communication skills and the ability to work in a cross-functional capacity with all departments and staff

? Significant experience with lead generation and direct response advertising, social media and reputation management, event planning and promotion

? Strong background in all aspects of Marketing

? Excellent skills with Excel and spreadsheet creation to slice and dice data

? Strong CRM experience, Microsoft Dynamics or equal

? Experience on the client side in a similar role is a plus

? Good hands on experience with WordPress, website development and maintenance

? Excellent hands on understanding of SEM, SEO, paid social media and extremely proficient in Google Analytics and other analytical tools
